2. About the Awards

The Best iGaming Experts Annual Awards is an independent, informational awards programme recognising analysts, publishers and consultants in the iGaming industry. The site provides information about the awards, finalists, jury and news. It does not offer gambling, betting or any wagering service.

3. No gambling and no offers

This is an informational site. We are not a gambling operator, we do not accept bets or deposits, and we do not sell or promote gambling products. Nothing on this site is an offer or inducement to gamble.

5. Nominations and applications

Entry is free. By submitting a nomination or application by email, you grant us permission to review it, contact you, and — if shortlisted — publish limited professional information and materials you provide as part of the awards. You may withdraw at any time before publication by contacting us.

6. Judging and decisions

Shortlisting and winner selection are made by an independent jury through structured deliberation. All judging decisions are final and at the jury's discretion. We make no guarantee that any nomination will be shortlisted or receive an award.

7. Integrity and conflicts of interest

The awards operate under published integrity rules. Attempts to manipulate the process, misrepresent credentials or unduly influence the jury may result in disqualification.

8. Badges and trademark use

Official winner and finalist badges may be used only by the individual to whom they were issued, in the variant issued, without altering proportions, colours or wording, and must remain linked to this site where technically possible. The awards name, logo and badges are our marks and may not be used to imply endorsement you have not received.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, badge artwork and layout — is owned by or licensed to the Best iGaming Experts Annual Awards and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce it beyond fair use without permission, except for badges used as described above.

10. Acceptable use
